Warranty of Merchantability
1. All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
1a. Warranty does not cover physical damages and all other caused by external causes.
1b. Warranty does not cover wear and tear parts.
1c. Warranty only cover defects by manufacturers.
Terms of Warranty
2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product information, unless the manufacturer has not provided
2a. Repair warranty only covers parts repaired / replaced
2b. Parts and labour will be inclusive when under warranty.
2c. Warranty does not cover transport charges. Transport will be charged to collect and deliver. (Refer 4.)
2d. Receipt will have to be provided for warranty service.
2e. Please state all the problems your console have when sending in for repair. We do not accept faults that are found after collection of repaired sets. We ensure that only faulty parts mentioned will be repaired / replaced No others parts will be swapped.
Prices
3. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
Delivery services
4. We provide Collection with Delivery at your doorstep at $10 per trip.
Payment Processing
5. We accept cash,internet transfers and paypal as modes of payment.
5b. We will ensure accuracy in our billing.
Cancellation/Refunds
7. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
7a. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
7b. We will not refund for any wrong purchases made by customer. All purchases are final.
System Diagnosis
8. We provide free diagnosis of game consoles, computers
Uncollected item
9. Items that are uncollected over a period of 3 month will be disposed off accordingly.
PayPal is now accepted as a mode of payment to Playlife. PayPal accepts all major Credit Cards.
